Bahçeşehir University Incubation Center, BAU Hub, hosts technology startups in two separate campuses on the European side of Istanbul, providing comprehensive one-on-one support for commercialization processes.
- Our central office, located at Kemerburgaz Future Campus, is just 10 minutes from Istanbul Airport, 5 minutes from the Northern Marmara Highway, and 10 minutes from Maslak-Levent. There are also shuttle services available for entrepreneurs to reach Beşiktaş.
- Our other office spaces are located within the BAU Galata Campus, just a 5-minute walk from the Karaköy Pier.

Shared Office Space
This is a shared open office space used by startups.The enterpreneurs can work in the available table whatever table they want, there are no fixed desks assigned to startups.This space is fullfill the needs of small startup teams that do not require autonomous office space during their product improvement process. Early step startups can take place in The BAU Hub shared office area to meet their office requirement at minimum cost.
Private Closed Place
Private office usage is aimed at ventures that have completed the incorporation process and are concentrated on growth and commercialization are supposed to use private closed office space. It is designed to meet the needs of ventures that require focused team collaboration in an autonomous space, as well as office equipment stabilization.
Common Areas
BAU Future Campus provides various facilities to meet the needs of entrepreneurs under one roof such as social event spaces, cafes and restaurants, a grocery store, dry cleaning, and a hair salon. Startups can utilize social areas, as well as facilities like meeting rooms and conference halls for their events at Future Campus.
